Update 2.2.7 - Cacher and optimization

- Add Character Cache - now characters data are loading to cache, where can be modified without player required. Also improve player loading speed, and allow to easier changing in character data.
- Add new data co config file (backup path, mach cached characters data in memory and convert player data in next startup)

- Improve character data structure - now data don't contains unnecessary elements and are better compressed.
- Improve items data management. Now even after adding new spells, runes or items, there won't be any issue with players items.
- Improve Account data structure - now is lighter and is loading faster.
- Improve checking server data patch.
- Improve help command. Now help is also displayed when type "?"
- Update Spigot engine
