Add pacc exp boost - now PACC players gain 25% more experience (there's no stamina limit)
Add party status icons - now when in party is active pvp or shared exp, icon will be displayed
Add pacc area protection - now when premium ends and you stay at premium area, you will be teleported to your home city. Also if your home city is premium city, your city will be set to Thais.

Improve admin house management commands
Improve pattern for player speed, also player speed is now equals of walking on wooden floor in Tibia. Speed of player to 25 lvl is equal of 25 level.
